I don't think people should lose sight of the fact that it is the "Church" of Scientology[tm] that is the culprit here, and not Internet Ventures. That having been said, I think it is important that it be understood in the ISP community that caving in to a pack of racketeers is *not* the easy way out. If Internet Ventures Inc. is going public, there will be a securities firm underwriting the offering. It would be very valuable to know which one, as they are the ones responsible for making sure that subscribers to the IPO know what they are buying into, and this very definitely includes any situations involving breach-of-contract suits and organized boycotts against the company being underwritten. It's easy for me to say, as I have no legal standing in the matter, but I think that a breach of contract suit should be filed as soon as possible, and that a copy of the filing should be sent to the underwriting broker. Unless, of course, Grady's account is reinstated and a public apology offered by Tidepool/Internet Ventures.
