Scientology officials have tried to say that the "Guardian's Office"
(raided in 1977) was abolished. That is a lie.
Thanks to "RonIsXenu@aol.com," further proof comes to view and you have
a chance to see it. But first...
Here is a section of a "hat checksheet" by the current President of the
Church of Scientology, International, Heber Jentzsch, who happens to be
currently under indictment in Spain. A "hat checksheet" is a list of
items that Heber wrote up that he felt he should study for his "hat" or
position. The headings at the top are Scientologese/OSA language. Note the
date, 1988, several years after their claim the GO and those "criminal
policies' were all abolished. (Heber, by the way, was GO and a primary
apologist for Mary Sue Hubbard and can be found in many morgue files in
that capacity.)
Heber submitted this checksheet in a court case to prove a point, having
no idea what else it showed. Thanks, Heber, I'm sure Miscavige is still
enjoying your smooth move.

So these are what he studied to carry out his "duties" and get "products."
And remember, this is the PRESIDENT of a CHURCH. (Then again, it is a
president under indictment and this may explain that embarassment.)
It is all fascinating but let's go down a bit into Heber's checksheet to

Those "GO"s are all Guardian Orders, the policies issued to the Guardian's
Office by LRH, the policies that are not supposed to exist.
Note item 3, "GO 011272 LRH 12 Jan 72, Black Propaganda." That means
"Guardian Order 011272 LRH" which means it was written by LRH and
dated Jan (01) 12th (12) 1972 (72). Hubbard's GOs were the only one that
numbered in that way.
G0 011271 LRH is the same as OSA Network Order 15, same date, recently
posted by RIX. All Miscavige did was change the name from a "Guardian
Order" to "OSA Network Order." (I would repost it here but I lost it and
at this writing it is not yet in DejaNews. It is what OSA is doing to ARS
as well as every critic.)
Any attorney or civil authority who wants to make this point should
simply subpoena these orders and do the comparison to the GOs seized by
the FBI in the 1977 raid. Start with the three-volume "Intelligence Bureau
Full Hat" which includes this GO, as well as others in Heber's
checksheet. This is only one of many.
