Dear John:


    These photographs are still up.  I just realized what
occurred here.  In your previous e-mail that you sent to me
telling me that these photographs were removed, you inputed
the wrong URLs.  You left out "photoalbum" in the URLs.
These URLs below are the correct ones and the ones I sent to
you in my August 6th letter.


    These are the same photographs that we had Lund remove a
few months ago and which he put right back up and which are
now still up on his web page.


    You indicated to me that you had not sent him a letter to
remove these because you were under the mistaken impression
that he had removed them on his own.  But it was a mistake you
made in inputting the URLs you checked and I did not catch it.


    I hold to my position that this constitutes good cause to
terminate his account and would ask that you do so.  At the
very least, please tell him again to remove these photographs.
