To Helena K. Kobrin,

I am sorry to notice that I have not received any response from you.

Your claim that this was an urgent matter seems not to have been
true. If you had any intention of resolving anything, you would
have responded to me promptly, like I did to you.

I am also informed that my Internet provider has received 
documentation that "makes it likely" that the documents in question 
are copyrighted. I demand to receive this documentation also. If this is
not presented to me I take the natural assumption that your
pressure on my Internet provider was only a tactical move on 
your part to obstruct free speech about the Church of
Scientology. You may have understood that I will not bend 
without sufficient proof, but CoS probably hopes that Internet
providers do. I am therefore not at all convinced that this
material is protected in any way. I can't act on others' 
asumed assumptions.

Please tell your client not to embarrass themselves by coming
to my door presenting to me verbal threats. I will only accept the
requested documentation from properly identified persons.
And this time with witnesses by my side as well.

I would suggest that you inform me of who your lawyer in Norway
is so that and I or my lawyer can contact her/him. If any exchange of
the allegedly copyrighted documents or what I request from you
are to be done, our lawyers should handle this.

I will not be stopped by threats or "dead agenting". I will 
not concider stopping my criticism of CoS before at least 
these items are submitted to me: 

         - documented proof of copyright. 
         - documentation on who actually holds this copyright 
           and who represents the copyright holders. 
         - the original documents that are copyrighted, to be 
           compared (by officers of law) with what I have. 
         - a guarantee from the church (on paper) that no 
           action of any kind, except legal, will be taken 
           against me, my family, friends or others to discredit 
           or hurt me or them. 
         - I also want a signed paper stating that doctrines like 
           "Fair Game", "dead agenting", or any other illegal 
           doctrines, no longer are practised in any way by the 
           church or any organization affiliated with it. 
         - documented measures that explain what the church is
           doing (or have done) to prevent any recurrences of any 
           of the wrongdoings the church has been convicted of
           in the past. 

Please also inform me of your proper address as I will need to 
send this through formal channels. This mail is carbon copied to
several random mail addresses as proof of transmission
