After 1 year it seems like RTC finally managed to get their Norwegian
lawyers to act. September 30th their lawyer sent a letter to the
lawyer Knut Vigeland in Oslo (you all remember the guy with the nice
letter to Helena) saying they represent RTC and referring to "the
conflict between Heldal Lund and RTC". I don't know what conflict they
mean, since they can't seem to show me any documents to back up their
claims. As long as they refuse to do that, technically there is no
conflict. I've invited them time and again to show me any documentation
and promised to look at it seriously. One year has gone and they still
haven't done so. Let them explain that in a court of law!

Back to the new development with the letter to my lawyer. The cult
lawyers write:

"The dispute [now it's just a dispute] is about the invitation from
Heldal Lund to contact him to get sent copyright protected material
(appendix 1). Further more he has put protected works on his pages
(appendix 2)."

Appendix 1 is a very old printout from Operation Clambake, makes me
wonder since I know they monitor my site often. Appendix 2 is a
printout of a post I made to ARS August 4th 1997 containing a OSA
Network Order (#19). These lawyers are lying, I've never had this
document on my pages. Will be an interesting trial if they don't know
more about the net.

The cult lawyers also write:

"In addition Heldal Lund has also made comparisons between Hubbard
and Hitler, and the Church of Scientology and the nazis during second
world war."

Yes, please sue me on that dear cult!!!! I got a thick binder on stuff
you have written on Germany and you can bet on me bringing that to the
stand! They really got the nerve!

Here are a extract from the response lawyer Knut Vigeland sent:

"I can't quite follow your way of thinking regarding alleged violation of
copyright (aandsverkloven). Please tell me in clear text what is wrong.
And please send me any existing material in Norwegian translation -
done by an authorized translator."

Looks like RTC don't dare to ignore me anymore. But are they stupid
enough to sue me too? Only time will show, I'm prepared to move to
Oslo and follow up lawsuits full time if that is needed. I've been sitting
on my ass long enough, it's time to stand up for what one believes in.
Whatever cost.
