He refered me to Chris Matern, general counsel, who was a dick - typical attorney. His position is that Grady violated the TOS in existance at the time his account was terminated, which we all know to be a crock of shit. I believe civil action is required in order for them to appreciate the nature of contractual relationships. Zane
