I spoke with Tim McGrath, who seemed quite reasonable and concerned
about his company's image and the possibility of "being had" by some
despicable culties.  He refered me to Chris Matern, general counsel,
who was a dick - typical attorney.  His position is that Grady
violated the TOS in existance at the time his account was terminated,
which we all know to be a crock of shit.  I believe civil action is
required in order for them to appreciate the nature of contractual
relationships.
