This was supposedly because of "off-topic" postings on alt.religion.scientology. This is wrong: they were entirely relevant to the activities of the Church of Scientology, on a newsgroup founded and largely used by its critics. Apparently this was at the request of a Scientology dirty tricks operative called William Gertler who lied in saying that he is a system administrator. I urge you to restore the account and apologise immediately. If not, I would support Mr Ward in suing you for breach of contract and an organised boycott of your organisation, and in raising this with your potential investors. You may not realise this, but you have just made yourself look complete scum before one of the busiest newsgroups and the Internet and may well find critical reports appearing in the 'Net magazines as a result. If anyone should be removed for lowering the comapny's reputation it is you, because that reputaion is now mud worldwide until you apologise and sort this out.
