This does not excuse Tidepool from breach of contract. Also, since it was reported that Eric Wright at Tidepool claimed to a caller that this action was motivated by unspecified "threats", there could also be an action for "tortious interference with contract." Grady was *NOT* in violation of Tidepool's TOS. And certainly he had been posting the stuff he had written, using a Tidepool return address, for months. Something happened to make Tidepool change its mind. It would be very bad if Grady sued Tidepool to find out about the threats and who made them and why. He's pretty experienced in that sort of thing (after all the Co$ forced him to get experience) and unlike the cult's lawsuit against him, Grady would be able to choose a venue close to home. Oh, and by the way, did you, mr. expose, note that people who had previously been squabbling amongst themselves united behind Grady? Gee, I'd say this was Yet Another Example of Operation Foot Bullet in action. You guys are sure stupid, and you *deserve* what's coming to you. Bend over and take it like a man! Deana Deana M.
