Some names have been deleted because they are not part of the controversy. Xxxxxxxx, To follow up my last note to you. Apparently Tim McGrath (800) 701-7020of investor relations and General Counsel Chris Matern are taking a "hard line" against me, insisting that I violated the TOS in effect at the time of my termination. I should point out to you that the terms of service *currently* posted at http://www.tidepool.com/html/terms___conditions.htm were posted yesterday, the day *after* my account was terminated without warning. I have a dated copy of the TOS in effect at the time of my termination on October 16, 1997, dated May 12, 1997. To change the TOS *after* the termination demonstrates the malice of a cover up to pretend justification for breach of contract. All I want is reinstatement of my account (I will not be using it except to direct links to my new account), a written apology for the error on the part of Eric Wright and Carol Serve of Northcoast.com, and a small amount of damages, say $100, to partially compensate for the cost of reprinting letterhead and business cards and changing internet indices to me. Otherwise I may have to sue to protect my reputation. I did not violate the TOS of the Internet Ventures, Inc. subsidiary and I can prove it. Scientologists ought not to cause reflexive terror at ISPs. Of course a suit will have to be mentioned in the DPO offering, reported to the SEC and so on to fully inform potential investors of the management style of the corporation. I have not idea why Internet Ventures, Inc. wants to court controversy in this way *during* a DPO, but as you know, I will fight if given no choice. I thought I would let you (and xxxxxxx) know ahead of time. This is more warning than *I* got, but other than scientologists who have comitted criminal acts against me, I like to treat people with respect.
