AND NOW, to wit, December 19, 1952, it appearing to the Court that the
above named defendant has heretofore entered his recognizance before the
Clerk of this Court in the sum of $1000.000, conditioned for his
appearance before this Court, and as security thereon there was deposited
the sum of $1000.00 in cash, which is now in the Registry of this Court;
and it further appearing that the said defendant did appear and was
dismissed and the bail exonerated, it is
ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court, pay from the Registry of the Court
the sum of $1000.00 to L. Ron Hubbard, whose address appears on the bond
as Explorer's Club, New York, N.Y.
