Re investigation conducted in early 1967 by Bureau, culminating in
Phairtel 4/14/67.

The avowed purpose of this organization is not too clear but it would
appear it is a religious-type cult. The police are not in any way
disputing the religious aspect of this organization but are now concerned
because of the "extra curricular" activities of the organization.

Police also state that individuals who become members of this organization
bare their entire life history to the organizers and there is an extreme

organization, as it exists, they have asked that the name of the
organization as well as the names of individuals on the enclosed list be
searched through Bufiles and Ident. Records Section. In this regard, the
list has been restricted to U.S. male citizens born prior to 1940, and
Bureau is requested to search only those which have been marked on
enclosure.
