_CHURCH OF SCIENTOLOGY_
On January 2, 1973, [BLACKED OUT] employed as a secretary by the [BLACKED
OUT] advised she is the secretary of [BLACKED OUT] She was shown a copy of
a letter dated [BLACKED OUT] This letter requested information concerning
the Church of Scientology. [BLACKED OUT] advised that she personally typed
this letter for [BLACKED OUT] She stated that the letterhead stationery
used by the [BLACKED OUT] is new. At the time of typing the letter,
[BLACKED OUT] had only one original copy of the new letterhead and the
letter in question was typed by her on a copy made from the original.
[BLACKED OUT] advised that her department is still in need of the
information requested in the letter [BLACKED OUT]
