SUBJECT: THE HUBBARD DIANETIC RESEARCH FOUNDATION

On 10/13/5[?-probably 6] [BLACKED OUT] furnished [BLACKED OUT]
with a copy of "BRAIN WASHING, A Synthesis of the Russian Textbook
on Phychopolitics" [sic] which he stated formerly was the property
of one [BLACKED OUT][BLACKED OUT] advised [BLACKED OUT] and one
[BLACKED OUT] are employees of his, and that they were attempting
to convert a third employee whom [BLACKED OUT] did not name since
[??] was not involved. When the third party left [BLACKED OUT]
employ, he left this publication in his desk, and [BLACKED OUT]
took it. [BLACKED OUT] furnished this booklet for whatever use the
FBI could make of it, but requested it be returned to him when no
longer needed.
This booklet is being forwarded herewith, and the Bureau is
requested to determine if it is of any value in any investigation
being conducted by this Bureau. If copies of it are desired, it is
requested that it be photographed and returned to Phoenix so that
it may be returned to [BLACKED OUT]
