The HCO bulletins collected here are examples of how
the Cult of Scientology operates. The number of such bulletins, advices, policy letters
and so on in CoS is unknown, but there are many! If you have access to some that should

The Children's Security Check is perhaps the saddest and sickest commentary on the so
called "Church of Scientology". This security check is current and in use. It is aimed
at children who are 6 to 12 years of age.

used for Security, taking too much time, and the auditor seeking to clear
