From: heldal@online.no (Andreas Heldal-Lund - www.xenu.net) Newsgroups: alt.religion.scientology Subject: Parishioners.org finally made a page on me Date: Wed, 21 Apr 1999 07:39:43 GMT Message-ID: <371d7829.686592@news1.c2i.net> http://www.parishioners.org/Intolerance/lund.html Took some time, but the OSA goons at parishioners.org finally managed to put up a page about me. I have no clue what they hope to gain from it, but it seems like this cult as usual will do everything in their power to make the critics more eager. This sure will make me work even harder to reveal the truth about Scientology. Just some corrections (for the record): They write that the package they received about me contained information that would "teach [me] a lesson". Haha, they went to public records and found out how much debts I got and believe I now get scared? How stupid can clams be. :) Most of the information on their page about me already well documented on my own home page. Actually lots of the info they have is outdated and even contains errors. I would suggest a link to my page since that would give them a lot more personal information about me (even my personal diary!). (http://home.sol.no/~spirous/) Neither I or any other members of the Norwegian Heathen Society (an atheist organization) thinks that "bashing religions is a fun way of life". We have a common interest in debating religion and philosophy from our point of view. In my universe it is allowed to disagree with others, even those who are religious. They also claim I'm "anti-religious" which is silly. If they really had cared to read about where I really stand they would have known better. But parishionres.org does not seem to be very interested in the truth. Many of my dearest friends are deeply religious people and I am involved in work that involves representatives from all the registered religions in the county I live. I got my personal opinions and I'm an Atheist. Only someone who can't handle people who disagree has to make that into hate and mockery. Parishioners.org obviously can't handle it. Parishioners.org write on their page: "The Heathen Society had some of their members killed. The killer was a 29-year-old man who killed his ex-girlfriend and her new boyfriend. All three were members of the Heathen Society in Aalesund. The killer was convicted to 21 years in prison." Since they mention this tragedy I feel it is appropriate to at least present it correctly. The two who so brutally were murdered in 1996 were both members and active in the Heathen Society and even headed the local group. The guy who broke into their apartment, and killed them both in bed, was her old boyfriend and not affiliated with the Heathen Society. It was the closest I ever got to such a tragedy, I had talked to both over the phone not long before. I assume parishioners.org are trying to present it in the way they do to give the impression that the Heathen Society is some sort of weird group who kill each other. Try asking anybody who knows me to see if that fits with how they know me. I challenge you. The Cult of Scientology knows how to groom the best type of critics. I've been lazy lately, but now I'm back on the case. Best wishes, SP4 & Adm.
