I've been very carefully as to what I place on my account at Tabnet because I did not want to make any problems for you. As of now I have not access to my account so I can not remove the file mentioned in the complaint (I assume there has been a complaint?) I know I am not breaking any American or Norwegian laws using a cutout of a trademark in this parody, but right now I don't have time to debate this with Tabnet. And I have the file so many other places anyway. I'll put it on a Norwegian account or just redraw the image. But as a ethical problem it is a big problem. Theoretically RTC can claim whatever they want, and it is up to the accused to prove his innocence. I find that to be unworthy our modern society. But for the future, since I do not seek to make problems for Tabnet, wouldn't it be only fair to send me an e-mail _before_ you acted only on the claims only from a third party? Or at least Tabnet should stop access _only_ to the file with the complaint and not the whole site. Operation Clambake is one of the most used international references for critisism on Scientology, and it is rather an overkill to close down my _entire_ site just because of a tiny cut-out graphic in an animated parody gif file. I would appreciate answers to this, and I would also like to see any complaint Tabnet has received so that I can use that in future lawsuits between myself and the "Religious Technology Center". They are well known to lie to ISP's since ISP's seldom have limitations or restriction as to what they will close down and/or remove from WWW sites. It's tragic, but reality. Thank you. Take care.
