I've now removed the file and edited it. The replacement has no graphics that RTC or any Scientology front organisation can claim are theirs. If you have any questions on this or need more documentation on me being the author of this file, please contact me and I'll send it to you. I stand by the claim that this parody or funny image/cartoon was well within the law, but I don't have time now to make a big issue of this. I'm still very interested in the following issues thou, and hope Tabnet find time to reply: 1: Could you please forward the actual complaint Tabnet received from RTC? I am very interested in the claims in that (I assume registred) letter, especially since Tabnet without even the smallest doubt seems to have assumed that I commited "unauthorized use of copyrighted or mark material" without even asking for my view first. I therefore assume the documentation in the complaint from RTC must have been very good to rule out any doubt. 2: I wonder what in the file http://www.xenu.net/archive/orientation3.html that could be a copyright or trademark violation. This is a HTML file authored by me and therefore I hold the copyright. 3: Is it policy in Tabnet to close a whole domain if a third party complains about only minor parts of it? 4: Is it policy in Tabnet to not even contact its own customer before assuming the third party is correct in all his/her complaints? 5: How am I to protect myself and my site from being closed down again? I'm not interested in making problems for Tabnet, but I also know how RTC works. I know they lie and cheat to close the critics down, or to "ruin them utterly" as their secret policy letters say. The reason for RTC complaining now was that a major Swedish newspaper covered the controversy and had a link to Operation Clambake. To reduce the harm this article made they did what they could to close www.xenu.net down temporarily. They know very well how to manipulate ISP's. I look forward to these answers so that I can act better in the future to avoid similar misunderstandings. And again I would like to thank you for the prompt opening of Operation Clambake today. [Snip some questions on billing for the account etc] Take care.
